Handan Dingzheng Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd.( short for Handan Dingzheng )is located in the Shangcheng Industry Park, Handan City, Hebei Province. Handan Dingzheng covers an area at 350000 square meters, with 18000 square meters of workshop, which has the 10000 tons material machining capacity. Handan Dingzheng has great machining lathes such as :5 meter vertical lathe, 61125 horizontal NC lathe, 1.5*4m NC gantry type milling machine, 4*12m NC gantry type plasma cutting machine, W250 Boring & Milling Machine, Mega Machining Center, heat treatment furnace, sand blast machine and other advanced machining equipments.For the technical capability, Handan Dingzheng can do the EPC project from design, technology consultant, R&D, equipment manufacturing, spares, construction instruction, commission, staff training.
Our main products are widely used in the steel making, mining, foundry industry, as the followings:
1. Ductile Iron Pipe Plant System: Centrifugal Casting Machine, Annealing Furnace, Zinc Coating Machine, Cement Lining Machine, Edge Cutting Machine, Grinding Machine, Pipe mold
2. Pellet Plant System: Pelletizer Disc Machine, Travelling Grate Machine, Rotary Kiln, Cooler system. With capacity from 0.3 MTPA to 2 MTPA.
3.Lime Plant: Vertical Pre-heater, Rotary Kiln, Cooler. Shaft kiln, and dual chamber kiln.
4.Hot Metal Treatment: Desulfuration system, Dephophorization System, Silicon Increasing System. Applied for foundry industy.
5.Coal Powder Injection System: Coal Grinding Machine, Burner and etc.
6.Spares for iron and steel making plant as per the customer`s requirement and drawing.
